Responsibilities

• Coordinate truancy prevention and monitor attendance with Burnet CISD schools and officials.
• Prepare and maintain case files, petitions, complaints, and court documents.
• Assist with JP2 Clerk duties: processing citations, payments, and records.
• Schedule and attend Truancy Court hearings and assist with related proceedings.
• Communicate with the public, schools, families, and court stakeholders with professionalism.
