1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Clinton, MD is hiring Route Drivers and General Labor for immediate full-time openings. Remote start locations available, with average earnings of $24–$28 per hour (including hourly pay, tips, and bonuses) and weekly pay.

Qualifications

Must be 21+ for insurance purposes.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 3 years) or close to.
Attitude: Positive, friendly demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Metrics: Comfortable with metrics and goals.
Physical ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly.

Responsibilities

Kick off each shift at Clinton location and tackle service routes for the day; provide quotes and remove items 50+ lbs.
Drive our blue trucks to visit customers and perform junk removal services.
Use customer service skills to enhance the customer experience and hit daily goals.
Dispose of items through recycling, donation, and waste management channels.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.
