• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly.

Your Role

• Kick off each shift at our Charlotte location, where you’ll team up with fellow drivers and tackle your service routes for the day. Provide quotes and Remove 50 plus lbs of unwanted items
• Drive our iconic blue trucks to visit customers, providing top-notch junk removal services that leave them smiling.
• Use your customer service skillsto enhance the customer experience and help us achieve our daily goals.
• Responsibly dispose of items through our recycling, donation, and waste management channels.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.

Who We're Looking For
