Qualifications

• Paid training is available for qualified candidates.
• Sales/conversion experience a plus; ability to present estimates.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for jobs and service windows.
• Safely perform junk removal, loading, hauling, and cleanouts.
• Provide professional customer service at every interaction.
• Assess jobs on-site and provide estimates within pricing parameters.
• Explain scope of work and pricing to customers.
• Document estimates and communicate with Dispatch for scheduling.
• Follow routing and dump procedures; report issues promptly.
• Complete job documentation and maintain equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain attendance, safety, and productivity goals.
