Job summary

Junk King is hiring Drivers and Junk Removal Technicians who like working hard, helping people, and being part of a team. This position combines driving with on-site estimates, item removal, and exceptional customer service across homes and businesses.

You will learn route management, pricing explanations, and how to deliver a great customer experience while working with a cooperative team and earning tips and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to independently lift 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; No CDL required.
• Comfortable talking with customers in homes or businesses.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Drive or ride in a Junk King truck to customer homes and businesses.
• Safely remove items such as couches, mattresses, furniture, appliances, and household junk.
• Provide on-site estimates and explain pricing clearly.
• Collect payment once the job is complete.
• Work with your teammate to manage the route, truck space, timing, and job flow.
