Job summary

NEOTech in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Wire Bond Operator to support the manufacture of high-reliability microelectronic devices. You will set up and run automatic and manual wire bond equipment in a clean-room, read assembly instructions and drawings, and ensure devices meet quality standards.

Qualifications include a High School diploma, ability to read English, experience with Windows and MS Office, and familiarity with ISO9000/AS9100 environments.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret instructions, drawings and work processes.
• Operate wire bond equipment in a clean-room environment.
• Follow ESD and handling requirements and wear required PPE.
• Experience with Windows and MS Office preferred; ISO9000/AS9100 familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run automatic and manual wire bond equipment.
• Inspect placed bonds and epoxy/die attach against drawings.
• Adhere to 6S and Kaizen objectives; support multiple products.
• Comply with in-house training and safe handling protocols.
