Job summary

ERG Media, a luxury book publisher, seeks a commercial + operations professional in the United States. You will own a portfolio of wholesale accounts, drive outreach, close orders, and coordinate warehouse fulfilment and international shipments.

You will also keep data clean, manage exports, and respond to customer inquiries. The role reports to the Sales Manager and sits at the center of a process we are actively redesigning.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales, account management, or B2B/wholesale operations.
• Hands-on experience with logistics and warehouse coordination (3PLs, stock, fulfilment).
• Practical experience exporting goods internationally — customs documentation, freight forwarders, Incoterms.
• Strong written English.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of narrow-liner wholesale accounts from prospecting to closing.
• Run the logistics — coordinate warehouse fulfilment so orders ship accurately and on time.
• Manage international shipping and export — prepare customs paperwork and liaise with freight forwarders and brokers.
• Keep CRM, store-finder listings, and consignment stock reporting up to date.
• Maintain courteous, proactive communication with customers and handle inquiries.
• Overlap with Central European Time business hours.
• Nice to have: Shopify B2B experience, wholesale accounting exposure, familiarity with US import/tariff rules, and language skills in Italian, German, or Japanese.
