Job summary

Littoral Group LLC is seeking a junior engineer to support waterfront projects across New York and the northeastern U.S. The role involves design, analysis, field inspections, and construction support for marine and coastal structures.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment. The ideal candidate has a civil/structural/geotechnical/coastal background, an EIT credential or ability to obtain within 6

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Coastal Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Entry level to two years of experience in waterfront, structural, coastal, or geotechnical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, analysis, and field inspection of marine and coastal structures from concept through construction documents.
• Support field inspections across the NY metro area and northeastern U.S. and assist with construction administration tasks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to project deliverables, schedules, and documentation.
