Job summary

DOWL is seeking a Water & Wastewater Designer 1 in Reno to assist with planning and design of water and wastewater systems, including pipelines, pump stations, storage facilities, and related facilities. Under supervision, you will perform field data collection, basic hydraulic calculations, CAD/GIS drawings, and prepare plans and cost estimates for bidding and construction.

A bachelor's degree is required and an EIT/EI within 6 months; driving is required to support fieldwork and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; no experience required.
• EIT/EI required within 6 months of hire.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and design of water and wastewater systems.
