Job summary

Future Select Limited is seeking a hands-on Water Treatment Account Manager with strong interpersonal and technical knowledge. You will manage key client accounts, provide technical support, and drive delivery of services across water hygiene and treatment including closed systems and cooling towers. Travel as required to meet client needs.

The role suits candidates with experience in water hygiene/treatment and a proactive, communicative approach to onboarding new clients and upselling services.

Qualifications

• Experience managing key Water Hygiene / Treatment client accounts.
• Strong hands-on industry experience in Water Hygiene / Treatment.
• Familiar with HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Industry-related training / modules is a plus.
• Excellent communicator.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts across Water Hygiene and Water Treatment (closed systems and cooling towers).
• Be the main point of contact for clients, providing support and technical advice.
• Oversee delivery of services, ensuring deadlines and scope are met.
• Complete competency checks on engineers.
• Attend site meetings to establish client requirements.
• Liaise with bidding team to help onboard new client accounts.
• Handle complaints / site issues promptly and professionally.
• Upsell additional services to existing accounts.
• Provide support to engineers and troubleshoot on site.

Ideally, they are seeking someone in the South East of England, with good access to the M25. This role would be suited to someone who has strong interpersonal skills and robust industry technical knowledge, who can utilise their experience to upsell services and provide tailored support to clients. We can also consider candidates who would like to train into Account Management, provided you have strong industry experience. Experience / Qualifications:
