KBR, Inc. is seeking a Junior Watch Operator to monitor mission-critical systems in a 24/7 environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure on-site at a government facility, with escalation to internal teams as needed. Qualifications include a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with related experience or equivalently four years of experience, plus a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, OR no degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with operational monitoring tools, dashboards, or incident management systems.
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with adjudicated polygraph

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational systems, dashboards, and alerts for continuous availability and performance.
• Detect and elevate anomalies, outages, or security incidents per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate event logs and system status updates.
• Support incident triage and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
• Provide situational updates to leadership during events.
• Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity of operations.
• Refine procedures and contribute to process improvements.
• Operate in a 24/7 shift schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
