Job summary

Bravo17 LLC is seeking a Junior User Experience Researcher/Designer to contribute to user-centered federal and defense projects. You will conduct research, craft interfaces, and work closely with product and engineering teams to improve digital products.

Ideal candidates have 0-4 years of UX experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma. The role offers remote work with opportunities to engage with hubs in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, and Washington DC.

Qualifications

Masters degree in HCI strongly preferred.
0-4 years of practical UX experience.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
Portfolio demonstrating hands-on UX work.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research activities including interviews, surveys, usability testing and data analysis.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; participate in design reviews.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers and UX teammates.
Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly with stakeholders.
Stay updated on UX trends and best practices; contribute to professional development.
