Bravo17 LLC is seeking a Junior User Experience Researcher/Designer to help raise UX quality for federal and defense agencies. You will conduct user research, design interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a growing environment.

This role targets 0–4 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on user-centered research and design principles, prototyping, and effective communication in a mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of practical UX experience.
• Master's degree in HCI strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative user research methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting user research activities (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes under guidance of senior designers.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other UX teammates.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly and concisely.
