Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Planner/Analyst to support transportation and infrastructure projects across multiple locations. You will collect and analyze data, develop reports and visuals, and assist with planning studies from concept to project completion.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and familiarity with GIS and MS Office. A Master’s degree and prior internship or experience in planning are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiar with GIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to compile and summarize data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Researches and collects raw data, organizes, analyzes and provides review for projects.
• Performs project analysis using technical guidance and software.
• Assists project team with maps, exhibits, presentations, and reporting.
• Develops conceptual planning alternatives for urban and transportation projects.
• Prepares and produces plans, studies, reports, and environmental documents.
