Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Auto finance or financial services experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proven ability to build relationships with dealers, sales/marketing teams, and peers.
• Skilled negotiator with a drive to win in a competitive market and ability to think outside the box.

Responsibilities

• Close the loop - Call dealership partners to rehash approvals with the goal of capturing the contract while assessing risk.
• Match the right fit - Ensure contracts meet program and guideline specifications or counteroffer to a different program to evaluate risk and price the application accordingly.
• Be a trusted partner - Work with dealerships, Area Managers, and Sales/Marketing teams to strengthen relationships and drive success.
• Add value to every deal - Review deals with dealers and help structure or restructure them for the best possible outcome.
• Bring solutions to the table - Gather key information to recommend alternative products or programs when appropriate.
• Educate and empower - Explain the reasons behind credit decisions and help dealers understand our approach.
• Aim high - Consistently hit or exceed monthly goals for production, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate for success - Work with Funding and Sales to keep deals moving smoothly.
• Stay adaptable - Jump in where needed to support the team and company goals.
