Job summary

iCatalyst, Inc. is seeking a Jr. Engineer UiRPA to join our federal program team in the Washington, DC area. This hybrid/remote role requires on-site presence as needed and supports cutting-edge RPA initiatives for government clients.

The position requires at least 3 years in software development or bot development, UiPath RPA certification, and strong problem-solving skills to build, test, and deploy automation solutions while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software development, application scripting, robotic process automation, or bot development.
• UiPath RPA Associate certification (UiRPA) or equivalent current UiPath certification is required.
• Experience deploying and supporting RPA solutions in DoD or DHS environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the technical construction and maintenance of software bots.
• Build and unit-test automations based on design specifications.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in RPA solutions.
• Deploy RPA components with program management and IT support teams.
• Support the maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of existing automation solutions.
• Document automation components and technical changes as required.
• Provide support and expertise in assigned domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
• Handle special projects as needed.
