Our client are an awarding winning UiPath partner looking to add a Junior UiPath developer to their automation team. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that automate repetitive tasks and processes for their federal clients and government contractors. Under the guidance of senior developers and consultants, you will participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions . This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in RPA implementation, grow your technical skills, and contribute to the success of mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers and consultants to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop RPA solutions that meet client requirements.
• Design, develop, and configure RPA workflows, scripts, and bots using UiPath or Automation Anywhere, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, document process workflows, and define automation specifications.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of RPA solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to RPA implementation, including bot failures, performance bottlenecks, and system integrations.
• Participate in RPA project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders on RPA tools, processes, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology, methodology, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in software development, automation, or IT consulting, with exposure to RPA technologies preferred.
