Job summary

Infravision is seeking a Junior Aviation Maintenance Engineer to support maintenance, reliability, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement of our heavy-lift UAV fleet. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate maintenance with internal teams and external partners, analyze flight data to boost performance, and help develop the fleet as operations scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; aerospace, aerostructures, or avionics preferred.
• Hands-on experience with aircraft or unmanned systems; familiarity with diagnostics and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Fleet maintenance & readiness: perform routine maintenance, faultfinding, inspections, and repairs across a fleet of heavy-lift UAVs.
• Maintenance coordination: coordinate activities between internal personnel, OEMs, and external service partners.
• Fleet documentation & asset management: maintain maintenance logs and aircraft histories in asset management systems.
• System upgrades & integration: support hardware/firmware upgrades across the fleet in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Reliability & data analysis: monitor flight hours and maintenance trends to identify recurring faults and improve schedules.
