Job summary

Infravision is hiring a Junior Aviation Maintenance Engineer to support maintenance, reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our heavy-lift multirotor UAV fleet. You will help keep 20+ aircraft ready, coordinate activities with teams and partners, and use data to improve performance.

This entry-level role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate with a passion for aviation technology and a path toward advanced engineering responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with aircraft, unmanned systems, or comparable projects.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine maintenance and repairs across a fleet of 20+ heavy-lift UAVs to ensure availability.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records in asset systems.
• Support hardware/firmware upgrades and integration with engineering teams.
• Monitor flight hours and maintenance trends to improve preventive schedules.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and company procedures.
• Collaborate with flight operations, software/hardware engineers, and suppliers.
• Travel to project locations for onsite support, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Develop technical expertise toward more advanced engineering responsibilities.
