Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Training Instructor to plan, resource, and deliver world-class technical training on our autonomous air vehicles for USAF maintainers and operators who expect firsthand expertise.

You will collaborate with curriculum developers, edit courseware, and shadow maintenance on the flight line to stay current as aircraft and software evolve. This on-site role at Creech AFB requires willingness to travel and work across multiple air vehicle systems.

Qualificações

• Prior instructor experience delivering technical training, including hands-on instruction on aircraft or complex equipment.
• Extensive military aviation maintenance experience across flight line operations.
• Direct maintenance experience with UAVs, fighter type aircraft, or advanced aviation equipment.
• Willingness to work outside your AFSC or specialty to support Mission Ready Airman model.
• Knowledge of ADDIE, adult learning theories, and instructional design in technical fields.
• Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top-Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver classroom presentations and hands-on instruction on site at customer locations, Anduril test sites, and government air bases.
• Instruct across cognitive and procedural training, systems knowledge in the classroom and at the aircraft.
• Educate end users from military, government, and commercial backgrounds on Anduril's hardware and software offerings.
• Support curriculum development and validation testing with instructional designers.
