Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Derivative & Hedging Analysis: reconcile derivative positions and align broker statements with internal systems.
• Month-End Reporting: run monthly close and prepare reporting for realized/unrealized positions.
• Cash Management: support daily cash monitoring, payments, and intercompany activity.
• Process Optimization: identify improvements to internal controls and treasury workflows.
• Executive & Board Support: assist in financial analysis and executive materials for leadership.
• General Treasury Support: perform ad-hoc treasury projects and analysis.
