Job summary

O’Melveny’s Intellectual Property & Technology practice group is seeking outstanding junior- to mid-level patent litigation lawyers with experience before U.S. district courts, the U.S. ITC, or the PTAB.

Candidates with undergrad degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, or physics (or equivalent) are preferred. An advanced degree or industry experience is a plus, and Patent Bar membership is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, or the Patent Trial and Appeal Board is required.

The salary range in Los Angeles for this role is $225,000 - $365,000 and represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
