Job summary

Fluke Health Solutions in Everett, WA is seeking a developing Test Engineer to support an assigned product cell. You will work under supervision to build first-pass yield and advance test development, contributing to CAPA and ISO 13485 / FDA 21 CFR 820 compliance.

This role involves testing system support, fixture maintenance, and data analysis within a cross-functional team, with an emphasis on reducing defects and improving reliability.

Qualifications

• Foundational test, measurement, data-analysis, and metrology skills.
• Good understanding of analog and digital circuitry and ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Support test development and fixture maintenance for assigned products.
• Execute yield-troubleshooting and data analysis under general supervision.
• Support, maintain and improve test systems throughout the factory.
• Assist sustaining and NPI test activities for the cell.
• Document test methods and contribute to CAPA investigations. Validate test stations per existing processes and document accordingly.
• Apply FBS Standard Work; participate in Kaizen.
• Ensure conformance to the ISO 13485 / FDA 21 CFR 820 quality system.
