Job summary

Fluke Health Solutions is seeking a Junior Test Engineer to join the Everett Operations team in Everett, WA. You will support test development, fixture maintenance, and yield analysis within a regulated medical-device environment.

You will contribute to sustaining and NPI test activities, document methods, and assist CAPA investigations under supervision, while aligning with Fortive Business System principles and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; internship/co-op counts toward experience.
• Foundational test, measurement, data-analysis, and metrology skills are required.
• Good understanding of analog and digital circuitry and ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Support test development and fixture maintenance for assigned products.
• Execute yield-troubleshooting and data analysis under general supervision.
• Support, maintain and improve test systems throughout the factory.
• Assist sustaining and NPI test activities for the cell.
• Document test methods and contribute to CAPA investigations.
• Validate test stations per existing processes and document accordingly.
• Apply FBS Standard Work; participate in Kaizen.
• Ensure conformance to the ISO 13485 / FDA 21 CFR 820 quality system.
