Job summary

Dunhill Professional Search & Government Solutions is seeking an in-person and online trainer to deliver trainings on program applications and support conference activities. You will develop materials, coordinate with analysts, and adapt content for adult learners and various stakeholders.

Occasional travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations is required. The role emphasizes clear communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work within a team of trainers while meeting tight deadlines

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of experience as a teacher/trainer or helpdesk for a technical project.
• Ability to travel 40%-75% of the time per month.
• Must be within 50 miles of Warner Robins, GA.

Responsibilities

• Delivers in-person and online trainings using multiple methods.
• Conducts training analysis through quizzes and surveys to measure effectiveness.
• Sets up mobile classrooms and troubleshoots simple network issues with onsite help.
• Develops and updates training materials, lesson plans, SOPs, and guides.
• Attends conferences and handles booth materials and demonstrations.
• Gathers feedback from analysts and adapt materials accordingly.
• Travels to CONUS/OCONUS locations as needed.
