Job summary

Dunhill Professional Search & Government Solutions in Ogden, UT is looking for a Training Specialist to conduct in-person and online training for program applications, provide conference support, and create or update basic training materials as needed.

You will clearly communicate technical and non-technical information to beginner and mid-level users, work with a team of trainers, and help prepare training documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of experience as a teacher/trainer or helpdesk for a technical project.
• Combination of equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conducts in-person and online training for program applications.
• Provides conference support and creates/updates training materials as needed.
• Communicates technical and non-technical information clearly to beginner and mid-level users.
• collaborates with a team of trainers and assists with training documentation and reports.
• Travels 40–75% of the time as required.
