CGI Federal in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Junior Technical Business Analyst to join a fast-paced team supporting a critical government mission. Hybrid work is available with offices in Fairfax and other locations.

You will translate business needs into technical specifications and assist with SAFe agile processes across the project lifecycle. The role emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and solid communication with clients and developers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, science, engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to conduct data and systems analysis on data pipeline applications.
• Experience on an Agile development team.
• Experience supporting development of complex systems with troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization to draw conclusions.
• Facilitation of requirements gathering sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, systems, and user needs based on program scope.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
• Determine client requirements and transform them into system specifications for developers.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and prepare test plans and scenarios.
• Document process flows and re-engineer processes, understanding technical problems.
• Provide technical guidance to a cross-functional SAFe team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex technical issues or business strategy.
