CGI is seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to join our team in a hybrid arrangement, supporting a government mission from Fairfax, VA or other listed locations. The role focuses on translating business needs into technical specs, facilitating requirements workshops, and driving process improvements.

The candidate has strong data analysis, communication, and Agile experience, with the ability to work cross-functionally and advise clients on complex technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Agile development teams.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization.

Responsabilités

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, systems, and user needs based on program scope.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
• Determine client requirements and convert them into system specifications.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and prepare tests and reviews.
• Document processes and reengineer workflows.
• Provide guidance to SAFe cross-functional teams.
