Job summary

NTT DATA Federal Services is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support federal government clients from Rockville, Maryland in a hybrid role. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable deliverables that drive mission success.

Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to develop BRDs, FRSs, user stories, and dashboards. You will support Agile and Waterfall projects, enable UAT, and contribute to data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with federal agency stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop BRDs, FRSs, user stories, and process maps.
• Support Agile and Waterfall project management including sprint planning and UAT.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
• Analyze data and business metrics to support decision-making.
• Assist in reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
