Townsquare Interactive in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a driven Junior Recruiting & Sourcing Specialist to join our Recruiting team. This entry-level role focuses on high-volume candidate sourcing and recruitment operations, offering hands-on exposure to the full hiring process.

You'll learn our sourcing strategies, manage candidate records, and support recruiters to move candidates efficiently while developing system mastery and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity for hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• No previous recruiting experience required; strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are valued.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other platforms with emphasis on volume and quality.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines using searches, Boolean strings, and sourcing strategies.
• Learn ideal candidate profiles and flag high-potential candidates.
• Manage and refresh job postings to maintain a steady flow of applicants.
• Prepare and submit offer decisions and help candidates progress through hiring steps.
• Maintain clean candidate records in Greenhouse with accurate stages and sources.
• Support recruiting reporting and pipeline management by tracking activity and interviews.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand needs and adjust sourcing priorities.
• Own recurring recruiting projects and continuously learn systems and hiring standards.
