Job summary

LTM is a global technology consulting and digital solutions company driving innovation and digital transformation for enterprises. We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support recruitment for technology and corporate roles across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency and familiarity with LinkedIn/ATS are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of recruitment experience (internships, trainee programs, or professional experience accepted).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in recruitment systems.
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through offer stage.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with job posting creation and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
