• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and support hiring decisions
• Provide consultative support to candidates and hiring teams through interviews and offers
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using online platforms and agencies
• Support recruiting metrics, background checks, offers, and process improvements
