• Experience supporting aerospace/defense or technical roles preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and candidate experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for corporate, technical, engineering, or manufacturing roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Coordinate interviews and support offer processes.
• Maintain ATS records and produce pipeline metrics.
• Collaborate with internal recruiters and external partners to meet hiring goals.
