Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure is seeking a Systems Support Analyst I to monitor and support enterprise systems in a high-availability environment. The role involves handling incidents, service requests, and coordination with engineering and field personnel to ensure continuous uptime.

You will troubleshoot servers and networks, manage tickets, and contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles. AIT- or IT-background with gaming license eligibility is preferred; position requires English

Qualifications

• Associate degree in information technology or 2+ years of validated experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license in all jurisdictions where Class II products operate; Gaming license may be required.
• Solid understanding of computer networks, hardware, software and relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.
• Familiarity with Hypervisors/VMs, SQL, Postgres, Kubernetes, and data backup/recovery processes.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques; strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support enterprise systems, networks, and applications to maintain availability and performance.
• Respond to incidents via phone, email, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems; prioritize and resolve.
• Create, update, and manage service tickets with clear documentation.
• Remotely troubleshoot and resolve issues involving servers and network infrastructure.
• Coordinate incident response activities, including communications and escalation.
• Support scheduled jobs, installations, configurations, upgrades, and related documentation.
• Maintain communication during service events and outages.
• Adhere to security and regulatory requirements including Tribal Gaming rules.
• Analyze recurring issues to drive process improvements and update knowledge base.
