Job summary

TSC’s Production Solution team in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Component Engineer to support radar, seekers, and EW programs. The role covers selection, qualification, and lifecycle management of electronic components, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers in a CM/ SE environment.

The candidate will maintain component records, assist with specs and documentation, and monitor data from GIDEP and industry standards to ensure robust program execution. U.S.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of industry experience supporting concept and layout design phases.
• Understanding of electronic components and RF/microwave technologies.
• Ability to research specifications, datasheets, drawings, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support component selection, lifecycle management, and qualification activities.
• Maintain component databases and documentation in PLM/ERP systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams.
• Research availability, obsolescence, and alternate sources for program needs.
