Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Systems Engineer I to contribute to the development and implementation of advanced system solutions. You will connect the technical team through the product lifecycle, glue subsystems via top-down decomposition, and validate architectures to ensure cohesive delivery.

You will specify, architect, and integrate complex systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Entry-level candidates with a related Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of experience are encouraged

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Typically entry-level 0 - 2 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of systems design and development principles.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior engineers.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
