GreenXT is seeking Junior System Engineers to support their Navy customer in the areas of Cybersecure Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) Control Systems and Networks.

Responsibilities:

• Lifecycle support of the supervisory Machinery Control System (MCS), including troubleshooting, reviewing technical documentation, providing test and installation support, and contributing to future system designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical, Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• 0-3 years of experience in control systems within an industrial environment.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Experience with industrial control systems design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting tools.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Self-motivated with effective communication skills.
• Physical ability to work in industrial environments, including climbing ladders, working aboard ships, and lifting equipment up to 30 lbs.

Desired Skills (Not Required):

• Knowledge of US Navy Ship Systems.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, Microsoft Project, and ISO/IEC/IEEE standards.
• Shipyard and shipboard experience, hardware/software installation, and familiarity with IEC 61131-3 standard.
