BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking a Junior Systems Architect. This is a full-time, remote role with travel to other Government or Contractor facilities as required. The average workday is 8 hours, scheduled between 6:00am and 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding Government Holidays. Core hours (9am to 3pm) are covered.

The Junior Systems Architect is responsible for developing business, data, systems, and infrastructure models to develop enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing plans for migrating architectures.
• Developing technical reference models, including hardware/software standards.
• Engineering integrated hardware and software solutions to meet mission requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; OR 1 year of equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience performing architecture-related work on at least five IT systems.
• Experience playing a significant role in all aspects of architecture-related work on at least two large IT systems.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Information Technology.
