Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing all aspects of desktop support for the customer. Troubleshooting, password resets and all other customer support activities.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10, and Linux and networking.
• Imaging and deployment of workstations.
• Document inventory moves.
• Provide support to internal and external customers.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software/hardware is required.
• Under general direction, responsible for activities related to system administration.
