Job summary

Foxhole Technology, Inc. is seeking a Jr. Systems Administrator to support enterprise systems in a secure DoD environment. This role offers hands-on experience across Windows/Linux, AD, DNS, and Group Policy, with emphasis on security and RMF compliance.

The position requires an active Secret clearance with eligibility for TS, 1+ year in systems administration, and a DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification. HBSS/ACAS/SIEM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with TS eligibility.
• At least 1 year as a System Administrator.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE).
• Experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
• Familiarity with Windows Server or Linux systems.
• Ability to follow structured processes and document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine system tasks like user account setup and password resets.
• Monitor system functionality and diagnose hardware/software issues.
• Support updates, patches, and antivirus per DoD directives (STIGs/IAVM).
• Maintain Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy under guidance.
• Contribute to RMF-based control implementation for security compliance.
• Update system documentation and configuration records.
• Assist in backup and restoration to ensure system continuity.
• Provide operational support for HBSS, ACAS, and SIEM tools.
