Job summary

UCF IT at University of Central Florida invites applications for a Systems Administrator I on-site at Orlando. You will manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services, monitor health, and implement governance and data protection controls.

You will develop automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, collaborate across departments, and maintain runbooks and documentation to ensure reliable, secure productivity platforms. Salary is competitive with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience administering enterprise Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Ability to develop administrative automation and reporting using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, scripting, or workflow technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Defender, and Purview.
• Investigate and resolve complex platform incidents and service requests.
• Develop and document automation, runbooks, and monitoring to improve reliability.
