WOOD Federal Solutions is seeking a System/Network Administrator in Laurel, Maryland to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of our IT infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring enterprise systems and networks run smoothly, providing user support, and maintaining secure, high-performing technology environments.

The position requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Formación

• No demonstrated experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Five (5) years of SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
• Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline

Five (5) years of SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
