Job summary

WOOD Federal Solutions is seeking a System/Network Administrator Level 0 in Laurel, Maryland to support operation, maintenance, and reliability of our IT infrastructure. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, customer focus, and secure, high-performing environments in mission-critical systems.

The position requires U.S. citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. It is a full-time, day-shift role with no telework, offering a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years of SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• U.S. Citizens with active TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
• Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.
