Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, 1–2 years of experience, and US citizenship. Top Secret clearance is preferred; salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in IT help desk or technical support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Windows Server environments (AD, GPO).
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP networking.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 help desk support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Assist with basic Windows Server tasks including user accounts and GPOs.
• Monitor system performance and escalate as needed.
• Support incident tracking and documentation via ticketing system.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and support onboarding/offboarding.
• Communicate clearly with end users and staff.
• Follow IT procedures and contribute to process improvements.
