Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 help desk support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Assist with basic Windows Server tasks including user accounts and GPOs.
• Monitor system performance and escalate as needed.
• Support incident tracking and documentation via ticketing system.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and support onboarding/offboarding.
• Communicate clearly with end users and staff.
• Follow IT procedures and contribute to process improvements.

• 1 - 2 years of experience in an IT help desk or technical support role.
• Strong customer service mindset and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Basic hands‑on experience with Windows Server environments (e.g. Active Directory, Group Policy)
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Personnel Clearance Level:

• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance or higher.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related field of study.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
