Accenture is seeking a labor standards and process-improvement specialist to support client engagements in engineering and operations. You will observe processes, develop standards, and help teams implement enhanced work methods across sites.
Your role includes documenting methods, defining elements, and coaching associates in time- study practices, with significant travel to client locations and on-site collaboration with leaders.

You are comfortable contributing to project workstreams under the guidance of your leaders and are motivated to deepen both your technical and consulting skills.You are curious, coachable, and excited to grow in a client‑facing consulting environment.
Fluency in at least one foreign language a plus, Spanish preferred
