Job summary

NDI Engineering Company is seeking an electrical/electronic engineer to support Submarine Communications Systems, including RF Digital Acquisition Control System (RFDACS) and Multifunction Mast Antennas, and to assist testing for the Common Submarine Radio System (CSRR) on US Navy submarines.

The role requires frequent travel—up to 50%—and will involve working at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) on the Philadelphia Navy Yard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering required.
• US citizen eligible for a secret clearance preferred.
• Ability to travel to shipyards and submarine sites; willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical/electronic engineering support for Submarine Communications Systems.
• Support RF Digital Control System (RFDACS) and Multifunction Mast (MFM) Antenna Systems on US Navy Class submarines.
• Travel to naval shipyards and field sites for system modernization, testing, and verification (SOVT) aboard submarines.
