You will support structural engineering and forensic consulting projects while developing foundational skills in field investigations, structural assessments, technical analysis, and report preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural consulting, assessment, testing, and construction administration services.
• Collaborate with staff on a variety of projects and attend project meetings as requested.
• Interface with contractors and site personnel daily and communicate changing site conditions to supervisors.
• Learn to prioritize tasks to meet project requirements under the guidance of supervisors.
• Develop technical writing skills and assist senior staff with report preparation, including documenting field observations, test results, findings, and conclusions.
