Job summary

EXP is seeking a Junior Structural Engineer to join our Building Structures group in Florida. You will contribute to design and analysis of building projects, collaborating with in-house engineers and subconsultants across the United States.

The role requires 2–4 years of building design experience, proficiency in RAM, RISA, ETABS, and strong Revit skills for modeling and sheet creation. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required, and an EIT is preferred as we grow our engineering

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in building design.
• Proficiency with RAM, RISA and ETABS for structural analysis.
• Strong Revit skills for modeling and sheet creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on structures.
• EIT is preferred for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from senior engineers with increasing autonomy.
• Perform structural calculations, sketches and drawing production.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams and outside consultants.
• Work on multiple projects with occasional travel to sites.
• Contribute to building design across wood, steel, concrete and masonry.
