Applicants should hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Structural Engineering with 3–4 years post-licensure, strong Revit skills, and familiarity with Florida Building Code and IBC. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering with 3-4 years post licensure.
• Strong Revit modeling and sheet creation skills.
• Project experience includes Federal, Commercial, Municipal, and Entertainment structural design.
• Familiarity with the Florida Building Code and International Building Code.
• Proficient with RAM Suite, CSI Suite, Enercalc, and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Perform design calculations and produce drawings from schematic design through construction administration.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams across EXP offices and external consultants.
• Travel occasionally to project sites as needed.
• Support seismic and wind lateral design and coordination.
